Amanda & Alasdair’s Stevens Estate Wedding
This is a wedding that a lot of people have been hankering to see – ever since I posted a preview of Amanda’s Poi processional the day after the wedding. Their day was so personalized – Armenian Music, matching hand-carved necklaces that served as a wedding logo and was then put on the cakes and guestbook, rings forged by the bride’s sister and tied to a ring pillow knit by the groom, wedding arbor decorations knit by the couple and their friends, bride-origami’d- centerpieces, Indian food buffet, Fluevogs (<3), and a Wai Ching Wedding belt (with improvements made by my favorite local coutureier – Harper of Seams), mead and beer favors brewed by the bride, grand-parental officiated ceremony, LED spinning at the reception, and of course, Amanda’s Poi Processional Performance!
